Our 2025 goal is to be a growing church that is growing in influence.

Question: What are your goals for 2025? If you are a Christ follower, do they align with God’s purpose for your life?

“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt should lose its taste, how can it be made salty? It’s no longer good for anything but to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet” 
Matthew 5:13

You are the salt OF the earth. 
You are salt FOR the earth.

 “You are the light of the world. A city situated on a hill cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, but rather on a lampstand, and it gives light for all who are in the house.” Matthew 5:14-15

Jesus spoke to them again: “I am the light of the world. Anyone who follows me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life.” John 8:12

When Jesus is the Lord of our life, we will look more like Him.

We all, with unveiled faces, are looking as in a mirror at, the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory; this is from the Lord who is the Spirit. 
2 Corinthians 3:18

Question: Knowing that Jesus has called his followers to be more like him in this world, what steps do you, or the people of your church take to carry this out? 

What must we do to be a growing church that is growing in influence?

Be an stable anchor in the community.
Facilitate spiritual growth.
Be servant leaders.

You are Salt for the Earth! 
You are the Light of the world!

In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16
