How To Hope Again
When life is uncertain, God is not.
God’s Got It!
Pray until Peace comes.
We place our hope in the one whose love never ends.
May your faithful love rest on us, Lord, for we put our hope in you. Psalm 33:22 (on screen for the viewer to read)
Question: What something that you have put your hope in.. and it failed?
“The Lord of Armies who planted you has decreed disaster against you, because of the disaster the house of Israel and the house of Judah brought on themselves when they angered me by burning incense to Baal.” (Jeremiah 11:17, CSB)
11 For I know the plans I have for you”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“plans for your well-being, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. 12 You will call to me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“and I will restore your fortunes and gather you from all the nations and places where I banished you”—this is the Lord’s declaration. “I will restore you to the place from which I deported you.” (Jeremiah 29:11–14, CSB)
Life is uncertain, God is not. We place our hope in the one whose love never ends.
Question: Have you ever felt like that your situation was bordering on hopeless? As if there is no light at the end of the tunnel you’re in?
Hope
Take the Long View

Live as a Kingdom Citizen
Our citizenship is in heaven, and we eagerly wait for a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ. He will transform the body of our number condition into the likeness of his glorious body, by the power that enables him to subject everything to himself. Philippians 3:20-21
